This woodturned Black Walnut box is approximately 2 inches wide by 4 1/2 inches high and a depth of 3 inches approximately, and this weighs in at 8 ounces. The inside of this box is a little rough, and the bottom of the bowl. But the overall presentation is beautiful. It is finished with black walnut oil and a coat of paste wax to protect the wood. It is made from native Michigan Black Walnut that was harvested locally.
