This is a beautiful set of six 8-3/8 inch clear glass salad/luncheon/cake plates with gold encrusted Minton design bands, along with an inner line. Condition is good with no edge chips or nicks, and very limited utensil scrapes.
The Minton design was incorporated by many fine mid-century glassware companies on their top products. That includes Tiffin Franciscan, Lotus, and others, each with minor design variances. If you're buying to match other Minton design items you have, compare them to the images.
