Vintage 1972 Fender Twin Reverb Amp Chassis Amplifier Project works Mod Original

Here is a Fender Twin-Reverb Chassis from 1972. It was in its case for decades and someone had upgraded the combo to JBL speakers. The whole thing was just too darn heavy to even look at, let alone ship it. So, here is the chassis. When it was hooked up it sounded fine. However, some of the pots were scratchy and my guess is that some new caps and tubes would put it in the killer zone. I am not a player of Twins so much, but to my ears it was bold, loud, scratchy and had some room for improvement. This is being sold with the idea in mind that the next owner will pursue the best course to get it sounding the way it should. That said, it does work. I think all of the Transformers check out. The case had no date code stamp, so I 'm going with the transformers as a 72'  - which I think is about the time Fender started adding a Master Volume to these beasts. I will ship fast.
