Vintage 1969 Fender Showman Reverb TFL 5000D Silver Face Amp Head.
This amp belonged to my stepfather asn.has been sitting in.storage for 30+ years.
I have tested it to power on, and using a 2×15 E.V. speaker cabinet, plugged my guitar in and played
for about 10 minutes. It seemed to work just fine but I did not test every function or input.
Item has many scuffs, scratches, abrasions, and scrapes consistant with a 50+ year old item.
There is a tear in the fabric on the front grille.
The amp is missing the carry handle on the top of the case. The back cover piece is missing. The reverb unit is missing from the inside bottom of the case.
There are "corrosion spots" on the aluminum silver face.
There are rust spots on the chrome corner braces.
If you are looking for a perfect amplifier this is not the item for you.
If you are looking for a good deal on.a nice vintage fender amp that needs a little work to make it perfect again, please bid on this item.
