WARRANTY COVERED
We warranty the products to be free of material defects in workmanship for the warranty period from the date your product is delivered.
Damages on Arrival shall be notified WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAY UPON DELIVERY.
The Battery is covered to be free from manufacturer defects for three (3) months. Parts/Motor are covered under warranty to be free from manufacturer defects for one (1) month.
RETURN POLICY
The bike shops in a large box. We do the best we can to get it delivered to you without any damage. Sometimes, a plastic panel can get scratched or even cracked during shipping. If this happens, please contact us, and we will mail you a replacement part free of charge. We have all parts in stock for this bike.
Because shipping for the whole bike is expensive, we don't normally take returns. Instead, we send you the parts and help you replace them - we'll be happy to help you over email or phone, however, you prefer.
Of course, if you do not want it and found it does not fit for you, but we will charge a return shipping fee and restocking fee.
When we receive the return item and check the usage condition, we will process your refund ASAP.
