    Solid steel.  No aluminum or alloy
    Painted red.  Some of if wore off.
    Some superficial surface rust, but not into the integrity of the metal.
    Eye hook opening is 1-1/4".  Rotates 360 degrees.
    Wheel is 2-1/2" in diameter.
    Hook swings out to allow rope or cable to be inserted.
