Heath/Heathkit TA-16 amplifier "head", not combo, excellent condition.

Description

Heath/Heathkit TA-16 amplifier, not combo, converted to a head. All the electrolytic capacitors replaced except for the largest which remained in spec, as well as replaced out-of-spec resistors.  Speaker out converted to 1/4 jack (the original combo had parallel 8 ohm speakers, so 4 ohm would be minimum), new MOD 4FB3A1B reverb tank and a complete reprinted manual from the Heathkit company (they are still around, just no longer in Michigan). Put handles on the side instead of the top to replicate the TA-17 head and added a backlit homage to the amp in the grill baffle.  100% functional.  Item is listed locally on Minneapolis Craigslist for a demonstration and I reserve the right to cancel early.
Prefer local pickup, but I am willing to ship to the lower 48, buyer pays shipping, pictures show how it will be packed, dimensions 32x15x12, 30 lbs.
