Sterling silver antique or vintage baby rattle. Hallmarked and Maker Marked - English Silver Sterling Silver Made in USA. The bell/ball inside still rattles as is should. Measures 3-3/8" The patina is original and has not been polished or cleaned. Will clean up nicely. There is a ding on one of the barbell ends. Please see photos.
