    What is
    Rhinestone Crystal
    ? The first real machine designed to accurately cut and polish lead crystal glass was designed by Daniel Swarovski - he used the Rhine River to power his machinery  - from there the name Rhinestone was born.
    The tiara is plated in Sterling Silver with a comb on each end. 1 5/8" tall - fits all size heads - the band has approximately a 5" diameter.
    Each piece is individually wrapped in plastic.
